The Human Galaxy

What if the sky the ancient Maya mapped was never really about the sky?

They built a civilization on one idea: the map of the cosmos is also the map of the body. Eight live evenings learning that map — and locating it in your own.

The invitation

No belief required. Only curiosity.

For the Maya, the night sky was not decoration — and neither was the body. They understood the two as one continuous map: the same forces that moved the sun and the stars were held to move through a person, and they named them. K’uh, the substance that runs through everything. K’in, the solar breath. Óol, the heart behind the heart. Over eight unhurried evenings we learn what those words meant, and where each one was said to live in the human body — the crown, the heart, the joints, the thresholds. This is not religion and asks nothing of your beliefs. You’ll leave each evening with something located, not just something learned.

The journey · eight evenings

A path through the living cosmos

Eight evenings that build from the shape of the universe to the discovery hidden in your own chest. Each stands on its own, closes with a guided meditation, and the recording is always yours.

SESSION 01

The Map of the Universe

Your body as a living replica of the cosmos — heavens, earth, and underworld aligned along the spine.

SESSION 02

The Structure of Being

The four dimensions of the self, and the “other body” that shadows your physical one in the unseen world.

A glow of light held at the centre of the chest
SESSION 03

The Engine of Life

Blood, breath, and the two hearts — the one that beats, and the one that wills, remembers, and feels.

SESSION 04

Divine Essence & the Solar Flow

The sacred force that saturates the cosmos, and how the sun’s breath enters through the crown of the head.

A mountain with a glowing cave at its base
SESSION 05

Geography of Thresholds

The body as a sacred mountain of caves — its joints and openings as portals between the worlds.

A jaguar walking beside its own translucent double
SESSION 06

The Bond with the Other Self

We are never alone: the co-essence that lives in the wild dreamscape, and how its fate touches ours.

A figure encircled by twenty points of golden light
SESSION 07

Becoming Whole

The face-and-heart made one — what it means to become a complete human, woven from the same substance as corn.

Luminous teal energy diffusing through darkness
SESSION 08

The Encapsulated Creator

The final turn: the discovery that the god was inside the human heart all along.

The practice

Every evening ends in stillness

This is where the map stops being an idea. Each session closes with a guided meditation built for that evening’s teaching — a slow, spoken practice that takes you to the exact point we studied and lets you feel it for yourself.

Guided live, never pre-recorded

Led in real time at the close of each session, so you can ask what you felt — and hear what others felt too.

One point per evening

The crown with K’in, the heart with Óol, the joints and thresholds with Tipte’ — located, one at a time, without rush.

Nothing strenuous, nothing to believe

You sit, you breathe, you follow the voice. No postures, no chanting, no doctrine. Only attention.

Yours to keep and repeat

All eight meditations are recorded and stay with you — a practice you can return to long after the cohort ends.

None at all. Every idea is introduced from the ground up. Curiosity is the only prerequisite.

No. We study a worldview, not a doctrine. The Maya mapped certain forces and named where they were felt in the body, and we learn that map on its own terms — as one of humanity’s great systems of thought. You’re free to take it as history, as philosophy, or as something to try. Nothing is asked of your own beliefs.

Both. Each evening explains an idea and then closes with a guided meditation that takes you to the point we studied. Nothing strenuous, nothing you must believe. You sit, you follow along, and you notice.

That’s common here, and it’s fine. The meditations are slow, spoken and fully guided — no postures, no silence you have to fill alone. You’re led the whole way.

Every session and every meditation is recorded and yours to keep for life. You can catch up anytime and rejoin the live circle whenever you’re able.

Sixty minutes, every two weeks, live on Zoom — eight evenings in total across the cohort.

A personalized artwork of your Maya day-sign, delivered after your third session — a keepsake mapping your place in the sacred count.

If the first session isn’t for you, write to us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. We want only people who are glad to be here.
